Location: India, Remote (but MUST be based in Tamil Nadu)
Working Time: Mon - Fri, 11:00 to 20:00 IST

As a Technical Lead, you will be leading a small team of developers and also assisting the Technical Manager in growing the team. You should have great leadership skills and the right attitude to mentor team members, and also think outside the box to come up with innovative ways for team growth.

You should have a strong passion for technology and a love for coding. Ideally you will be nerdy, and research and try out all things coding as a hobby.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Reviewing User Stories/requirements and analysing technical tasks and efforts

• Building unit test harness for testing the new code

• Developing code

• Running tests to ensure your code works

• Updating technical design

• Collaboration meetings with the team

• Take part/run planning workshops

Skills required:

• Having 13 years experience of C#, MVC, EntityFramework, .Net Framework/.Net Core

• You must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and experience with Unit Test frameworks, and implemented test harnesses. This is a Must Have skill.

• Have good understanding of frontend development (React JS/React Native)

• Experienced with MS SQL Server

• You must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban. This is a Must Have skill.

• Ability to follow processes, best practices, and above all, having the mindset and proactiveness to develop new processes with measurable KPIs. This is a Must Have skill.

• Able to demonstrate clean code you have written

• Excellent English communication

• Time keeping, i.e. 2pm means 2pm, not 2.05pm
