What to expect on the day
We will connect via Teams video call. The call will be recorded to help prepare the Recommendations post meeting. For best results, please ensure that you and your team members are in a quiet room and are situated close to the microphone and camera. Ideally the number of participants would be around 1-3 from your side.

You will describe your business, what you do, the services provided, and what happens after an order is made for all of your services. Describe the full operations process all the way to post delivery. Note, it would be far more effective if you would have prepared this for the meeting.

Q&A and wrap up of session.
